Deshar gathered magic to his sword, the flames began to gather at the tip of the blade and then launch off at Sword. The magic Deshar had gathered was directing the flames towards Sword.

Sword tryed to absorb the attack using his magic, although it did hurt him plenty.
"Now to try out my new ability" Sword used the fire he absorbed from the attack and directed it to his weapon, causing his Mastersword to be a temporary fire sword. Maybe not as powerful as deshar's, but it will surely do some more damage. Sword hoping in the confusion, ran up and tryed to swing at deshar.

Deshar evaded the swing, but he could feel the heat of the blade, it was the first time he'd felt the flames of a fire branded sword. But even so he kept his calm, he dug his sword into the ground and released it's flames. They blasted out from where Deshar stood.

Sword backed up as much as he could, although playing with fire has it's consicuences, since although Deshar's fire didn't hurt him, his own did a number on his hands. Sword used the reflection of the sun from his weapon to blind deshar, then jumped over him to get him from behind.

Deshar was blinded, but he predicted Swords next move, countering by turning and blocking with his sword. He then began to turn up the heat on his blade. Whoever could withstand the others heat the longest would win.

Sword was having a lot of trouble withstanding the heat. Deshar was used to this kind of temperture, but Sword wasn't. He absorbed as much of the heat as possible, backed up, letting his sword fall, gathering as much fire as he could in his gauntlet and ((can't believe I'll actually be able to use this in battle but...))

Deshar was caught off guard by the sudden backing off of Sword, he had expected them to be locked in this until the battle ended. He stumbled forwards as Sword released his sword and collided with the punch. He was sent quite a distance before he landed.

He had taken quite a considerable amount of damage from this fight, so just lay there with his wounds. He'd come so close just to fall at the last hurdle. Still, it was a good match.

Deshar accepted the second place prize and looked at it, it would do for now but the tornament wouldn't be on for a while after this. Why? Because there were so few applicants. This meant in the mean time Deshar would have to find another way to make money. His thoughts went back to the guild.

Deshar sat in the healing area for a little while before taking off again. "This worlds a big place, I'm gonna go find some more unusual opponents." He headed off towards the Mystical Forest.

"GAH!" Sword as he finished the punch, fell on one knee. He couldn't feel his hands. The attack although effective, is also very fatal for the user. He went to the med station to heal. An official came and congradulated him for the win, gave him the prize money and warned Sword that if somebody else wins future tournaments, he would have to give up his trophy to the winner.
He noticed a great fear around him. All the fighters seemed scared of Sword's power, nobody would want to fight him like this.
"Hmm... I should find a good place to practice, perferally away from the coleseum, at least for a while."

Hoshi enjoyed the fight between those two.

It sparked a fire within his drive to keep on going. Hoshi had then left the Coliseum in search of purpose. He then headed off towards the direction of the mystical forest.

Sword saw bobby on the stands thinking about something. Sword walked on over to him. "You still need some battle experience right?"

Bobby sat up. "I guess so. That battle was a disaster between Deshar and me. By the way, that was awesome."

It was nothing. You know, I know a place where you can easily get more battle experience, Intrested?

"Sounds great, anything to help the guild."

"Then let's go, as long as we stick together we should be fine"
They headed for the jungle.

"Alright, buddy."

Geo defeated tons of people in the arena, he was so far completely unstoppable. "Who wants thur asses kicked next?" He yelled kicking some losers broken weapon away. "Or are yer all scared o me?"

Deshar entered into the arena only to find some random person yelling. The guy seemed un-educated due to the way he spoke, so Deshar figured he might as well school the guy on proper behaviour.
He walked up to the guy who had been yelling and unsheathed his burning sword. "I'll take up that challenge."

A willing volunteer? Too easy. "I reckon you'll do, gotta get mah warm up started don't I?" Geo laughed heartily and held his trident up high, issueing the challnge. "Yer not gonna last ten secons."
