The Great Ninja War

The Setting:

In the time of the Ninjas, a great war was about to erupt. All over the land, Ninjas prepared to fight with each other over political rights and territories. You are a ninja; and it is partly your job to win the Great Ninja War for your village. You may join:

The Village of the Great Water Serpent (Water, Animal [The ability to control animals and to speak to them, command them... etc.])
The Village of the Whispering Trees(Earth, Growth of Plants)
The Village of the Fiery River(Fire, Rage [The ability to turn anger into an energy source.])
or The Village of the Raging Storm(Lightning, Wind).

Each village trains its ninjas in their own special elements. You may choose one of your respective villages abilities.

Places to go:
You may only go in another village if you are prepared to die.

Anyway,
The country that the ninjas reside in is roughly square-shaped. Each village is in one of the corners. In the middle of the country is a palace, where the royalty live. The Water village is located on a large island in the middle of a gigantic lake. The Tree village is located in the middle of a large forest. The Fire village is located in an actively volcanic region of the country. The Storm Village is located in a mountainous area. The area around the Palace is a completely neutral city that all ninjas can come to for peace. Around that city is a marshland. The mountain range of the Storm village connect with the Volcanic region of the Fire Village in the South. Between the Volcanic area and the Lake of the Water Village is a river running through a vast desert, in the East. It is known as the East Desert of the Fire River. Between the Lake and the Forest of the Tree people is farmland in the north. Between the Forest and the Mountains in the West is a long coast and beach, and closer to the mountains there are iron mines. Dotted throughout the country are peaceful villages.

Village: The Village of the Raging Storm
Ability: Lightning

Not much is known about Capri. He wears a completely dark green, almost black ninja costume with a blue face mask and a symbol of a turtle on his gloves. He carries with him his Katana, Raika, which he can channel his electrical energy through. He hardly speaks and is not one to hang with crowds. From what people know, he is a very skilled fighter. He spends most of his free time training or meditating.

Storm is an expert strategist and always has several backup plans, however if any part of his plan goes wrong he will blame himself and claim the mission was a failure. Due to this he can tend to be uptight, he tries his hardest to hide his emotions so that ohers will not have a weakness to exploit. He is not a trusting person and even hesitates to trust friends.

With orders from the village leader, Capri headed out through the mountains, cautious of every movement around him. At one point, a rat dashed by and Capri slashed it in half with Raika. He was on the edge of his toes because he had heard word that enemies from the Fire village were infiltrating. On the tip of his toes, he saw a human's shadow speed by. He unsheathed Raika and prepared to battle.

Storm sat at the edge of his village, looking out over the water. Other nations were waging their wars right now but Storm was able to enjoy some peace and quiet for a change, it wouldn't be long before he'd be put out on another mission.

The intruder lay dead on the ground by Capri's hand, of course. He was preparing to infiltrate the fire village's main building where their commander lived. It was Capri's orders to kill the man. He jumped over the side of a cliff, and used his electricity abilities to glide through the air. Cautiously, he passed in between mountains to find a village where he could spend the night. He landed when he saw one, and there seemed to be some sort of festival going on. To Capri's surprise, it was no festival- the village was being invaded by the fire village.
