Lucas and Ness Moves are different like the up smash and down smash pk frezee is different than pk flash.

He was a clone in brawl all the base of he moves were the same they just had a different effect.

Different effects. Not different attacks. The same way everybody says marth was a clone of roy or vise versa they attacks were the same the difference was that roy had a flame effect from his attacks and marth didn't.

Same base attacks which i think we went over this in another topic. all attacks were the same except grapples. There is only really a difference in design of the attacks between the two.
