Sonic Colours is easy enough for anyone to play.

I know this to be true, not just by the age rating being 3+. But honestly, yes, the age rating is accurate...For difficulty anyway. Well...For the first few levels.

But that's beside the point, what I wanted to say is my 3 year old nephew and my never played games before mom are playing Sonic Colours as I type this...And not doing too bad.

Sonic team needs to go back to how they did it before. Give us a unexpected villain so we won't have to predict were are always gonna be fighting eggman.

Sonic heroes, unexpected villain, Metal Sonic.

But anyway the threads not about unexpected villains, I just like that now I don't have to sit with my nephew while he plays a game, once he gets used to colours he should beable to play slightly more difficult games and thus he will stop bugging me...Downside, I've been kicked off my game so he can play Sonic.

Yes well I sort of predicted the game would be easy. Even just from the name I could tell it was made for kids to beat.

Ever since werehog, sonic team has been going easy with their games, The only reason my 6-year-old cousin never beat it is that he never understood the concept of "Loading".

Going easy? Have you tried getting all the red star coins? Bloody difficult, all I wanna do is unlock enough of the virtual world to get Super Sonic.

Sonic 06, oh how much I despise that game. it can be summed up in one word. Loading...

That game wasn't too bad except it seemed that unless sonic was running in the city then he was as fast as the average human. I don't even wanna talk about how much I hated silver's gameplay, i'm so glad he didn't have to travel on foot as much as sonic.

Slow gameplay...Loading...glitches...Loading...bad storyline...Loading...and...Loading...plot holes.

Well I never actually notices in glitches while playing but I am wondering where the chao went. I loved playing with them in SA2

I don't have a Pi... erm... Wii, so I can't really comment on it. But I sure as hell remember that pile of garbage Sonic '06, with its endless loading screens. :P I wouldn't've had the guts to release it in that state. The only thing I liked was its awesome soundtrack.

Biggest glitch I remember was that if you used the shrink power thingy, it wouldn't drain any of your whatsit energy, and you could jump in mid-air while it was active, too. I flew through entire levels with that. :P

Anyway, I'm going off topic here. :P

Loading? OH sorry, I meant he never understood the concept of loading his saved data. He would always start a new game when he turned on his wii...

He probably thought he had to complete them in one sitting.

Well he never really cared, when he starts to play he just presses random buttons until the game starts, and that random button is always "A"

Have you ever told him he could just load up his saved data? But you know like in a way he would understand.

I have but he just keeps forgetting, it doesn't matter though, every time he starts a new game he erases the saved data.

So he actually presses delete current data button on there? Well for all of us who were born growing up with the SNES and the 64 I know I learned how to save games. I would have to play as much of the game as I could in the morning then try and put a black piece of tape over the power light and hope my mom didn't turn it off when I got home from school.

Well the main story is easy, the extras are actually very difficult.

Well I kind of expected it would be from the name. Usually I woulda thought about buying it but me being a 14 year old boy I didn't have the self esteem enough to buy a game with that name.
