I think that's Kung Lao. At first I thought he was the same thing as raiden cause they wear pretty much same clothes. Guess it's the same for sub zero and scorpion.

Oh yeah Kung Lao, created to be Liu Kangs monk friend or something...I dunno, I don't follow the Mortal Kombat franchise.

Yea I just play the game. And I never noticed Liu Kang was supposed to be based off bruce lee.

Although playing as Motaro in MK3 and mashing buttons sorta made me feel as if I didn't suck. :P

Yea but there is so many characters like you said Plus since we only have like around 4 people that will vote about over 10 of the characters added on there would have been for nothing.
