Rename the Fan stuff forum

I was just thinking the title doesn't actually describe the stuff in the forum. It makes it seem that the works you put in there have to be fan made things but that isn't the case at all.

Also, I was thinking we chould change the name of that forum to Multimedia and change the multimedia forum to Discussion. Then move the Tutorials to the new Multimedia forum and move the Other to the Discussion forum.

What do you think?

Rewording myself.

change the Fan Stuff forum to Multimedia and Member Projects forum.

Move both other and spam to the discussion forum and remove the misc forum.

There's a ') missing from the end of it. I think that's the problem.

I'm not sure i probably end up just replacing all those with better looking ones.
