-Knuckle joe

No Naruto.

Zero...erm...Maybe.
Knuckle Joe...Sure if you can make his moveset and sprites.

As I said in the Goku trophy, he's in every Smash fangame. Not to mention if you want him to be a trophy then he can't be playable too.

As for Naruto...His roots are an anime (or manga), I'd prefer all the characters to be from games and the majority not from other fighting games.

Who actually decides the last 7 slots?

My only reason would be is because he is mostly an anime character. Goku on the other hand has been having games running way past the days of the episodes coming out.

What about Amataratsu from Okami, or will he be to hard to sprite?

Has he really Luc? Could you give me an example?

Edit: Seth pretty much has the final word on what gets into the game and what doesn't, since he's the lead designer and lead programmer.

And as for Ami...I think that'd be an awesome addition...if you can sprite it.

Well i believe the dragonball/z/gt series ended in what like 1998? and now still games are coming out and still being made while i'm typing.
so what it is over 10 years since the show ended and there still making games?

True some fans come manly because they see character's such as goku and ichigo, sasuke or even naruto.

There are pleanty of fighting games with them in though, and there are pleanty of Smash fangaes with them it seems...

But there should only be about 5 anime characters, over 6 would be to much.

Dude, there are seven slots left. You got Waluigi and you're going to waste the rest on anime characters?

There are plenty of other characters that have been on a nintendo console that could be in this game rather anime characters. I say two is the minimum. Choose or vote on a series you guys like but make it reasonable.
I personally perfer oldschool anime like Yu Yu Hakusho.
